President Jacob Zuma’s son, Duduzane Zuma, is a shareholder in many Gupta-owned companies.
He has very clearly come a long way since training at 18-years-old to be a computer technician.
For Duduzane now however, its lavish apartments abroad, luxury hotel visits, fancy weddings at five star hotels and first class plane tickets.
Duduzane very controversially bought a flat in Dubai worth R18-million two years ago. It is located in the iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper.
He can’t really be given all the credit though as he received a lot of financial assistance from the Gupta’s to secure the apartment as he has received help from them with many other things in the past.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Zuma Junior was lucky enough to be booked into a number of first class flights to Dubai and Moscow . His airline tickets to Dubai in 2015 show him booked into Emirate Airline’s ultra-luxurious section in seat 1A.
Emirates first-class offering is praised as the finest in the world. They have private suites, Bulgari toilets and an on-board shower spa, a personal dining service and a 50kg baggage allowance.
News24 reports that information was leaked after that revealed he had spent the first three of his trip in a luxurious suite in Oberoi Hotel and that he was there alone.
He also spent one night in a suite at the five-star hotel, Hotel National in Moscow. His brief stay here on the 1st of November in 2015 cost 23 000 roubles (R5300).
